Floyd Mayweather went on national television and dogged Jake Paul … but El Gallo wasn’t about to take it sitting down — going to social media to fire back at T.B.E. and claiming he’d whoop the 50-0 boxer’s ass in the ring.

Floyd weighed in on Paul’s 2024 fight with Mike Tyson on the “Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” on Wednesday … scoffing at the fact it was available at no additional charge to Netflix subscribers.

“When you’re watching Floyd Mayweather, you have to pay,” Money said on the show. “I get Pay-Per-View numbers. Check the record.”

When asked if he’d ever get in the ring with Jake, Money said even at 48 years old … he’d make “easy” work of 28-year-old Jake.

Paul fired back on X on Thursday … calling out Floyd for seemingly suggesting he’s above taking a match with him.

“You bum,” Paul said. “[YouTuber] Deji gave you a black eye in an event that had 4,000 people in it. Deji hahahah. I would knock you out in 2 rounds and you can’t sniff Mike Tyson’s toe.”

Remember, Paul’s first-ever taste of boxing came against KSI‘s lil’ brother way back in 2018 … long before he became one of the biggest names in fighting.

Of course, there’s no shortage of history between the two — Jake and Floyd had their infamous “gotcha hat” moment leading up to Logan‘s exhibition bout in 2021.

Jake’s also no stranger to going up against the Goliaths of the sport — he allegedly came close to reaching a deal to fight Canelo Alvarez … and, of course, he beat Iron Mike back in November.

Kanye West doesn’t want to be in the middle of controversy … this time. The 21-time Grammy winner is adamant he is not willingly involved in Bhad Bhabie‘s dispute with Alabama Barker, calling it an “A.I. beef” after BB used his voice on a diss track.

Ye’s Tuesday night Instagram explanation came shortly after the “Hi Bich” hitmaker posted a clip of an alleged remix of her new “Ms. Whitman” diss track that includes a verse by him. “Ms. Whitman” already samples KW and Ty Dolla Sign’s song “Carnival” … but without Ye’s voice.

Kanye says he originally cleared the sample because he says he clears all sample requests … reasoning that “so many people try to stop me, they stop clearances.”

Doubling down, he adds … “I’m not in the middle of none of this A.I. beef, people throwing my voice on things, the whole ‘Carnival’ sample.”

The rapper even claims to have talked to Alabama‘s dad, Travis Barker — the husband of his ex-sister-in-law Kourtney Kardashian — to clear things up.

He explains … “I just talked to Travis Barker, I would never be in the middle. I don’t even know what’s going on. I just got sent a song and asked if I could clear the sample.”

This is a huge blow to Bhad Bhabie, who was thrilled to have Kanye’s stamp of approval on her new song.

As fans heard, the diss track drags Travis and the Kardashians. BB twerks all over a  look-alike of the Blink-182 drummer and calls Kourtney “burnt out.” Furthermore, she claims Alabama is not as tight with the Kardashian clan as she claims to be, rapping … “stanky p***y got you kicked out the Kardashian house.”

Justin Baldoni’s lawyers are blasting Blake Lively camp for asking for an enhanced protective order … especially given how Blake has publicly smeared him … even having her husband make a joke over the situation on “Saturday Night Live.”

In a letter to the judge on Tuesday, obtained by TMZ, Baldoni’s lawyers accuse Lively of trying to keep crucial evidence from the public, pointing out that she’s been anything but shy about her accusations in the past. They’re calling her move a bold attempt to keep the public in the dark because they feel her image is tarnished.

In Baldoni’s legal letter, his lawyers point out what they call “a planned skit” on “Saturday Night Live: 50th Anniversary Special,” last week in which Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds stood up and made a joke about her claims for sexual harassment and emotional distress.

Last week, Lively’s lawyers filed a motion, claiming the “case involving high-profile individuals and allegations of sexual harassment” needed extra privacy to protect the involved parties from threats and potential witness tampering.

They also claimed identifying the two women from the “It Ends With Us” set would expose them to a “dangerous climate of threats, harassment, and intimidation.”

Maitland Ward is spilling the beans on her clash with “Boy Meets World” costar Danielle Fishel now that she’s caught her breath — and she’s telling us she definitely didn’t expect to be cornered like that!

The actress-turned-adult entertainer opened up to TMZ, saying the heated “Pod Meets World” episode wasn’t about DF wanting to truly mend their estrangement, but more about wanting to “give it to her” — so much so, Maitland says it felt like she suddenly morphed into villainous Regina George.

Catch the video, ’cause Maitland doesn’t hold back — she makes it crystal clear she wasn’t buying any of Danielle’s excuses, like “accidentally” unfriending her on Facebook and leaving her message unread for years.

She also tells us it was hurtful when Danielle tried to explain she couldn’t talk to her on the “Girl Meets World” set because she was supposedly “too busy” and felt she had an ulterior motive for inviting Danielle to her wedding.

It’s a jaw-dropping interview, with Maitland throwing some serious shade at their other costar, Will Friedle … saying she thought they were tight, but he betrayed her by basically leading her to the interview to be “slaughtered.”

Bottom line — Maitland says, despite thinking the podcast would tackle lighter topics, she holds no grudges against Danielle and does not regret going on the podcast.

Danielle Fishel revisited her heated estrangement from her former “Boy Meets World” costar Maitland Ward — and it’s safe to say, it sparked one heck of a firestorm!

DF had Maitland on the latest “Pod Meets World” episode to chat about her switch to adult entertainment — but things got heated when Danielle straight-up asked, “Do you hate us?” — and that’s when the drama really kicked off.

You have to hear the back-and-forth between the two — ’cause Maitland accused Danielle of actually hating on her.

Maitland brought some receipts … addressing the Facebook message she sent to Danielle back in ’13, which went unread for years. The tension built up so much, when the message was finally uncovered, there was cynical talk of only addressing it on the podcast to boost the stats.

The daughter of Travis Barker and burgeoning music star posted to her Instagram story Thursday afternoon about Bhad’s new look … kicking off her post by writing that imitation is the best form of flattery — clearly a shot aimed at BB.

Alabama adds she’s just moving on with her life instead of paying attention to everything other people do … but, jokes she appreciates all the love that her imitators are showing her.

It’s a short message to the star, but translation — Barker thinks Bhad Bhabie’s copying her, and it’s cracking her up.

Bhad Bhabie debuted her new look yesterday — complete with bleach blonde hair and makeup accentuating her lips.

Many online were shocked by Bhad Bhabie’s change … but, clearly Barker thinks she knows where BB saw the style first.

Alabama’s clown job clearly signals this beef ain’t over … as you know, Bhad Bhabie started popping off on Alabama back in December for allegedly trying to steal her man Le Vaughn.

Alabama denied the accusations … claiming Le Vaughn tried to hit her up. Bhad Bhabie has since released a diss track claiming Alabama slept with Soulja Boy and Tyga — and, she’s been threatened with legal action because of it. She’s also threatened to fight Alabama if she sees her in the streets.

Worth noting … Le Vaughn is now officially out of Bhad Bhabie’s life, according to her — but that clearly hasn’t squashed the beef.

Blake Lively says she has people to corroborate her complaints against Justin Baldoni … and, while JB and his team want them to reveal their names, there’s one major reason they aren’t — they’re terrified of receiving the same treatment as the A-list couple.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the two cast members from “It Ends with Us” who will testify in support of Blake are hiding their identities — ’cause they don’t want to deal with the abuse like Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, are receiving.

Our sources say Steve Sarowitz — a partner in Wayfarer Studios — allegedly comparing his retaliatory plan to Israel’s campaign against Hamas, plus his willingness to empty coffers to take them down, would rattle anyone … especially those just getting started in the industry!

As you know … Blake filed an amended complaint earlier this week in which she said multiple people from the ‘IEWU’ set would come forward to corroborate her claims of sexual harassment against Justin Baldoni.

She didn’t reveal their names … and Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, blasted the whole complaint as hearsay — from people who were “clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.”

Baldoni’s camp tells TMZ … “Ms. Lively, Mr. Reynolds, and their paid representatives initiated this campaign which has severely impacted many private individuals, their livelihoods, and their families.

“Since they’ve yet to show any evidence and continue to blame others for the online vitriol resulting from their own actions, they are now speaking on behalf of alleged third parties who have not come forward themselves.

“Wayfarer, Justin, and their representatives have no ill will nor vendetta against anyone who speaks up in any circumstance and have first-hand experience with and empathy for the struggles of going against incredibly powerful individuals in pursuit of the truth.”

Justin and Blake are both living their lives in spite of the growing legal fray … with Justin cooling off in Hawaii, while Blake hit the Big Apple for the “Saturday Night Live” 50th anniversary special last weekend.

Blake Lively says Justin Baldoni not only sexually harassed her, but he also made two other women feel “uncomfortable” on the set of “It Ends With Us,” and both are willing to testify against him at trial, according to a new court filing.

Last night, Blake filed an amended complaint to her original lawsuit against Baldoni, which lays out new allegations that paint Justin in a negative light.

In the 141-page document, Blake says she was “not alone” in complaining about Baldoni and raising concerns about his behavior during their work together on the movie produced by Sony and Wayfarer starting in 2023.

She says Baldoni “acknowledged the complaints in writing at the time,” which runs contrary to his current narrative that he has “invented.” Blake says Baldoni “knew that women other than Ms. Lively also were uncomfortable and had complained about his behavior.”

Blake also claims the women — who are unnamed in the amended complaint — gave Blake “permission to share the substance of their communications” and “they will testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process.”

In addition, Blake claims a female cast member reported her concerns to Sony’s Ange Giannetti and a producer on the film after Lively had already aired her grievances to film executives.

Blake says the female cast member had strong reservations about coming forward, but she did anyway because she felt the movie was “suffering as a result of Mr. Baldoni’s behavior.” Giannetti, Blake says, “shared those concerns with Wayfarer.”

Blake says Baldoni wrote in an email to the female cast member that “he was aware of her concerns, and that adjustments would be made,” but Wayfarer “took no actions to investigate this reported conduct, nor did it implement any protections at that time.”

Blake says the same cast member even expressed concerns to her about the conditions on set, saying it was “really hard” to speak with Baldoni.

Blake goes on to say that another female cast member confided to her that she felt uneasy on set and her concerns were also documented in writing nearly a year before editing on the film had started.

What’s more, Blake’s attorneys Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, have added a defamation claim to the amended complaint, accusing Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, of making “inflammatory content to media outlets,” while “saying anything, whether true or false that will harm Ms. Lively’s credibility and intimidate others from speaking up on her behalf.”

In her original lawsuit, Blake accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and waging a campaign to destroy her reputation, as well as mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress and lost wages.

Baldoni has filed his own lawsuits against Blake and others, claiming, among other things, that he was defamed and smeared in the press.

Kevin Spacey is vehemently denying Guy Pearce‘s allegation he was “targeted” by Spacey on a movie set back in the day … and Kevin’s taking shots at Guy too.

The “House of Cards” star just posted a video response to some recent comments Guy made about him … telling Guy straight up he’s not a victim.

Kevin says Guy’s claim that Spacey targeted him when they were filming the 1997 movie “L.A. Confidential” is bogus … and he’s ripping Pearce for coming after him in the media.

Guy was on The Hollywood Reporter’s “Awards Chatter” podcast and he got emotional recalling his experience with Kevin on the set of ‘Confidential’ … claiming he was a victim of an “aggressive” Spacey.

Pearce said … “I was sort of scared of Kevin because he’s quite an aggressive man. He’s extremely charming and brilliant at what he does — really impressive, etc. He holds a room remarkably. But I was young and susceptible, and he targeted me, no question.”

Kevin says he’s not sure what Guy is referring to here and claims Pearce couldn’t have been all that scared of him because he says Guy later visited him on a different movie set on the other side of the country.

Guy’s previously claimed Kevin was a “handsy guy.”

Spacey’s been dogged by sexual harassment allegations for years now and he says he’s been through hell and back … vowing to defend himself in the face of Guy’s claims.
