When it comes to celebrity fashion, I call it like I see it, and last week was an all-time high for Sydney Sweeney. While most of us resorted to layer upon practical layer to survive New York City’s icy freeze, the Euphoria actress held her own against the cold, wearing full ensembles from Chloé one day to Ferragamo the next. Of course, I have to give much of the credit to Sweeney’s stylist, Molly Dickson, who dresses the likes of Kaia Gerber, Lana Del Rey, and Bella Hadid. (How’s that for a client roster?)
Ahead, I’m breaking down the four major outfits Sydney donned during her stay in New York and dishing out all the details about where to shop the looks. If you’re looking for winter style inspiration, look no further.
Gray Scale
Nothing feels better than nailing your outfit on a date night. Sweeney was spotted with her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, on January 20. She masterfully paired a spectrum of neutral tones, finishing the look off with wintery lug sole booties.
Sheer Boho
I mean, head-to-toe Chloé is always bound to be good; she couldn’t really go wrong here. Although New York City was positively frigid on January 20, Sweeney braved the elements for sake of fashion. The sheer peasant blouse is just further evidence that boho is back.
Snow White
This is a snow princess, as far as I’m concerned. That Burberry trench? No notes! This look makes a very strong case for winter white ensembles.
Caped & Draped
Beach waves in the dead of January? I’m into it. This outfit works on so many levels, but my favorite element, personally, is the jersey Ferragamo dress and its drop waist. Plus, she clearly got the memo about leather gloves being one of this winter’s hottest accessories.
