UTA has signed the viral podcast “The Telepathy Tapes,” and its host and creator Ky Dickens, for global representation in all areas. The agency will also represent Dickens’ forthcoming documentary feature associated with the podcast.
“The Telepathy Tapes” captured the world’s attention over the holidays, surpassing Joe Rogan to claim the No. 1 podcast spot, and currently ranks in the top five across all platforms. The podcast deeply resonates with global audiences for its emotional stories and scientific exploration into the profound abilities of non-speakers with autism. Since its release, the series has amassed millions of views and impressions across social media platforms like TikTok and X, drawn in thousands of daily listeners, and emerged as a cultural and audio industry phenomenon.
“The response to The Telepathy Tapes has been overwhelming and deeply humbling” says Dickens. “To see such a profoundly personal project resonate on this level reaffirms the power of these untold stories. I couldn’t be more excited to join the UTA team as we expand the ways this project can touch lives and change perceptions worldwide.”
