What You Need to Instagram in Nashville This Weekend

In or near Nashville? We’ve got weekend plans for you.

Cartier has opened the doors to the first stop on its traveling pop-up experience, Precious Garage, at Track One. The entire, gloriously gold-coated event was launched at the Cartier Fifth Avenue Mansion during New York Fashion Week before hitting the road.

This isn’t your standard pop-up. Rather, a customized gold container with the experience inside was driven to Nashville before arriving at Track One. Visitors will get to visit the Precious Garage (a concept designed by artist Desi Santiago) via walking into the container.

We won’t spoil the whole thing, but expect to start in complete darkness before seeing classic road-trip iconography, new product (there’s a focus on the Juste un Clou and Écrou de Cartier collections), and more, all illuminated by thoughtfully positioned rays of light. And, perhaps best of all, there are spots where you can try pieces on and take some really, really good pics for the ‘gram.

Come see for yourself this Saturday and Sunday (12pm to 5pm; 12pm to 3pm) at Track One. After it closes up shop, the event will head to Seattle for its final stop (September 28 – 30).
