‘Desus & Mero’ Donate To Chef José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

Podcast and now Showtime series hosts, Desus & Mero spoke with Variety about adjusting to life in quarantine, working from home, and some of the perks that have come with their newfound fame — one being the opportunity to lend support to those in need during the coronavirus pandemic that’s resulted in many lost jobs as people are forced to stay indoors.

“A couple of my friends — their restaurants and stores are closing,” Desus revealed. He also went on to share how he and his co-host have taken the initiative to donate funds to Chef José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen and other organizations in an effort to offer relief.  “That’s the best part of being on TV, I guess, being able to make a difference and help people.
