‘The Office’ Joins ‘Funko Fusion’ in Game Trailer Featuring Michael Scott, Dwight, Pam and Jim (EXCLUSIVE)

Dunder Mifflin — the people person’s paper people — is sending its top employees into “Funko Fusion” as characters from NBC’s “The Office” join the action-adventure video game Friday.

Developed by 10:10 Games, the game, which released in September, is filled with Funko Pop! figurine versions of iconic pop culture figures. The game is a co-op action title that mashes up characters from “Jurassic World,” “Back to the Future,” “Five Nights at Freddy’s” and more beloved, largely NBCUniversal, IP into Funko Pop! format alongside hero Freddy Funko and his evil twin Eddy Funko.

Featured in the gameplay trailer revealing the new downloadable content (DLC) for the Funko video game is a look at Funko Pop-ified versions of “The Office’s” Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute, Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly in action. Each of those are playable characters included in “The Office” DLC pack, which is priced at $9.99.

The add-on to the “Funko Fusion” game also boasts a bonus cameo level that is inspired by the infamous fire drill scene from “The Office” Season 5’s “Stress Relief Part 1″ episode. The level will see players “navigate Dwight’s next insane simulation—a hostage situation” to save Pam.

Per the “Funko Fusion” team, “The Office Cameo Pack DLC adds four new playable characters—Michael, Dwight, Jim and Pam, each complete with their own unique weapons and skills—to the multiplatform franchise crossover game. In addition, this DLC features a unique mini bonus Cameo level that lets fans explore a recreation of Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton Branch in-game, featuring beloved elements of the celebrated TV series and with plenty of easter eggs to discover for longtime fans.”

The addition of the Scranton characters to ‘Funko Fusion” marks the largest DLC update thus far for “Funko Fusion,” which just welcomed the residence of Oz for a ‘Wicked” expansion earlier this month.

“The Office” pack is available for purchased on “Funko Fusion” across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC now, and will launch for Nintendo Switch in early 2025.
