Zendaya Returns to Golden Globes After Nearly a Decade With Dramatic Gown, Curly Bob and Eye-Catching Ring

Zendaya returned to the Golden Globes on Sunday night nearly a decade after her attending her first ceremony in 2016.

The “Challengers” and “Dune: Part Two” star graced the carpet in a burnt-orange strapless bustier gown from Louis Vuitton, complemented by matching pointed-toe pumps and Bulgari diamond accessories. She also sported a curly bob that evoked Old Hollywood glamour.

Nevertheless, it was a ring that undoubtedly caught the internet’s attention. Fans were quick to speculate that Zendaya might be engaged to her “Spider-Man” co-star Tom Holland, especially after that piece was not included in her official jewelry rundown.

Zendaya and Holland went public with their relationship in 2021. The couple first worked together on 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming” and went on to film two sequels: 2019’s “Far From Home” and 2021’s “No Way Home.” Zendaya portrays MJ, Peter Parker/Spider-Man’s (Holland) love interest.

Up next, Zendaya and Holland are set to star in a fourth “Spider-Man” movie and Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey,” which both have 2026 release dates. Nolan’s all-star cast for “The Odyssey” also includes Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson and Charlize Theron.

Zendaya scored a Golden Globe nomination for her performance as Tashi Duncan in Luca Guadagnino’s 2024 sports drama “Challengers.” At the 82nd annual ceremony on Sunday night, the award for best actress in a motion picture, musical or comedy, ultimately went to Demi Moore for “The Substance.”
