Selena Gomez and Gracie Abrams Release Video for ‘Call Me When You Break Up’

Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco and Gracie Abrams deliver on their new collaboration, a pop anthem dubbed “Call Me When You Break Up.” The song is the second offering from Gomez and Blanco’s forthcoming “I Said I Love You First” collaborative album, set to be released on March 21 via SMG Music/Friend Keep Secrets/Interscope Records.

Over a dreamy beat, Abrams and Gomez sing about missing a former flame who is tied up in another relationship. The pair of pop hitmakers meet in the chorus to jointly sing, “We’re so meant for each other, I mean, God, when will you wake up, wake up?”

The video is shot from a front-facing camera and features both Gomez and Abrams singing along to their new song while in a hotel room. Abrams has already debuted the song in a live setting, recently performing “Call Me” on a tour stop in Hamburg, Germany.

Blanco and Gomez previously shared “Scared of Loving You,” which like “Call Me,” arrived with a laid-back and casual music video starring the couple. Their first joint project, “I Said I Love You First,” is described as celebration of “the pair’s love story, giving fans a unique window into their relationship,” per a press release. “It chronicles their entire story—before they met, falling in love and looking to what the future holds.”

This set will mark Gomez’s first full-length studio release since 2020’s “Rare,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
