Dungeons and Dragons-actual play TV series “Dimension 20” is about to expand its world of intrepid heroes beyond its home streaming service Dropout with an upcoming webcomic set at Webtoon Entertainment.
Per Dropout and Webtoon’s description for the “Dimension 20” project, “‘Fantasy High‘ follows a group of misfit teens as they navigate the high-stakes drama of high school and the perils of a magical world. When students at their school mysteriously go missing, the ragtag group bands together to uncover a sinister plot, embarking on an unforgettable adventure filled with intrigue, humor, and heartfelt moments.”
The “Fantasy High” webcomic, which will consist of 61 episodes and is set to debut this spring, “will capture the humor, drama, and heart that have made” Dropout’s “Dimension 20” a “cult phenomenon, delivering a dynamic visual experience.”
Led by Dropout (formerly CollegeHumor) staple Brennan Lee Mulligan as Dungeon Master, “Dimension 20” is a TV series that follows a cast of comedians as they play table-top roleplaying games with each season consisting of a different campaign. The “Dimension 20” storylines have crossed genres including high fantasy, sci-fi and ’80s teen classics, and “Fantasy High” is among its most popular ongoing stories.

Webtoon Entertainment’s new pact with Dropout and “Dimension 20” comes on the heels of the role-playing TV series’ sold-out live show at Madison Square Garden on Jan. 24, and follows similar pacts Webtoon has made with other brands and companies including Duolingo, Discord, Ubisoft, The Try Guys, Hybe, and Atlantic Records artists Hayley Kiyoko, Ava Max, Gayle and MAY-A, among others.
“Just like the most compelling comic storytelling, tabletop role-playing games offer incredibly rich worlds, dynamic characters, and boundless creativity,” head of U.S. at Webtoon Entertainment David S. Lee said. “We’re thrilled to bring Dimension 20’s magic, humor, and adventure to Webtoon, delivering immersive world-building and a visual experience fans will love.”
