“Cheap Eats” host Ali Khan kicks off Variety‘s new culinary series, “Binging Bites,” with a recipe for how to cook the ultimate steak taco to pair with your binge-watching. Recipe for marinade:
Spice Rub:
1 dried ancho chile (stem and seeds removed, ground into powder)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (ground powder)
Marinade:
2 tablespoons of spice rub
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
